There are some exceptions, but in most cases the banker will beat the player and the tie bets will win more often than either of the other two bet types. The banker has a slight advantage over the player, but it isn’t enough to overcome the long term house edge of the game. This is why backing the banker every hand is the best baccarat strategy. This will give you the most chance of making a profit over the long term, although you’ll still have to accept that the house will always have a small edge over time.
